We have the versatility to cater for small groups of 20 delegates up to 250 day delegates. With 54 motel rooms capable of twin share we can accommodate 108 delegates and we do also have 2 cottages, 1 with 5 queen rooms and 2 bathrooms and the other with 3 queen rooms and 1 bathrooms. All our motel rooms have ensuites, tea & coffee facilities, fridge, reverse cycle air conditioning, television with foxtel and internet access.

For Morning and Afternoon tea there are over 15 selections with a healthy seasonal fresh fruit platter to mouth watering freshly baked scones with whipped cream and jam. We have 5 different options for lunch, including sandwiches, wraps, souvlaki and the very popular barbeque. Dinner can be an informal Buffet or Gourmet Barbeque or if you are after something a bit more formal we have a first class 3 Course Sit Down Dinner.

Foothills Conference Centre is soon to be the best on the list of Corporate Venues Melbourne in the Eastern suburbs, as a new centre we are still growing and have just completed a new extension comprising a large conference room that can seat over 200 delegates or it can be divided into 3 smaller rooms also a new recreation room with bar, pool and table tennis  tables and a large plasma television. We do also have a permit to build 42 more accommodation rooms which should be completed by the end of 2012.
